Our real estate company is looking for a full time individual for clean up and clear out of construction debris for apartment renovations in the Amherst and Tonawanda area. Looking for someone who is responsible, trustworthy and hardworking. Must have good communication skills, hard work ethic and lots of energy.
Applicants must be detailed oriented, have your own tools and have the ability to complete a daily list of tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Removing carpet, baseboard, light fixtures, door slabs
- Disassembling kitchen cabinets
- Disposing of all garbage into a trash container
- Removing outlet and switch plate covers and tile backsplashes
- Removing old vinyl flooring or floor tiles
