Our real estate company is looking for a full or part time Leasing Consultant for the Amherst and Tonawanda area. Looking for someone who is responsible, trustworthy and hardworking. Must have excellent customer service skills, sales experience, and PC knowledge.
Applicants must be detailed oriented, computer literate, organized and can multi task. Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Showing and leasing apartments
- Answering telephones and making calls
- Preparation of documents required for move ins, move-outs and renewals
- High level of customer service, communicating with residents, co-workers and prospects
- Property inspections and basic cleaning
- General Office Duties
