The Green Organization is looking for a full time maintenance tech. You will be responsible for solving daily issues that arise from residents and being proactive when maintaining your assigned properties. This individual must be someone who is responsible, trustworthy and hardworking. Must have<\/strong> good communication skills, hard work ethic, and willingness to strive for the best each day.<\/p>\n

Duties\/Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n<\/p>

\n<\/p>

    \n
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet various deadlines<\/li>\n
  • Good communicator with residents and able to problem-solve<\/li>\n
  • A strong ability to use our property management software<\/li>\n
  • Able to paint surfaces, using brushes or paint rollers.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to successfully install hot water tanks.<\/li>\n
  • Expansive knowledge of equipment, supplies, and materials used in maintenance<\/li>\n
  • HVAC skills and knowledge of troubleshooting<\/li>\n
  • Willing to work on an on-call schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n<\/p>

    \n<\/p>

      \n
    • Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance type position.<\/li>\n
    • Valid New York State Driver\u2019s License<\/li>\n
    • Ability to prioritize and manage daily assigned tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \n<\/p>

      Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n<\/p>

      \n<\/p>

        \n
      • 8-hour shift<\/li>\n
      • Monday to Friday<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
